What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, and PDF files up to 10 MB. For best results, upload the highest-quality image available.

Small, Medium, Large, XL and 2XL.
What is the processing time?
Most custom orders take approximately 2 business days to make before shipping. USPS shipping time begins after production is complete.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
There is currently no automatic live preview. Please review your uploaded design and personalization carefully before placing your order. If there is an obvious issue with the file provided, we may contact you before production.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each item is personalized and made specifically for the customer, custom products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, contact us so we can review it.
Do you offer bulk orders?
